Once again I am forced to open w/ an apology, as the start of the legislative session here in Hawaii and furiously finishing up a pair of manuscripts before we get too deep into the lawmaking process, has severely limited my spare time for much else lately.
(As can be attested to by the number of reader emails…and family phone calls…that I am now behind on. I see you, and I'm getting there soon, I promise!)
